Common Questions
How long is the crawl?
4 to 4.5 hours, visiting up to 5 distilleries.
Where do we meet?
Public Crawls depart from Pigeon Forge — at Junction 35 (Mountain Mile) or Blake Jones Fun Center. Your exact meeting point and arrival time are in your booking confirmation email.
Can non-drinkers come?
Yes. Non-drinkers 21+ are welcome on every crawl.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 24 hours before your crawl. Inside 24 hours there is no refund, but you can reschedule. No-shows forfeit the fare. If we cancel for weather, mechanical issues or low headcount, you get a full refund or free rebooking.
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity for the driver and bartenders is not included. It is very appreciated.
Can we book the whole bus?
Yes. Private Crawls start at $1,800 for the whole Crawler (up to 17 guests). You choose your date, start time and route.
